De-constructing Ownership

Marina Johnson-Zafiris (Mohawk Wolf Clan, she/her), is a Ph.D. student in Information Science with a minor in American Indian and Indigenous Studies at Cornell University. She is member of the Redistributive Computing Systems group and her research interests focus on technological interventions for socio-environmental justice and critical data/information studies across Haudenosaunee Territory. Marina has recently been involved with a grass-roots initiative to translate and disseminate information regarding land claim issues in Akwesasne.
