While we, human beings, have joined together to fight for the Rights of our natural relations, we are only part of a much larger movement. In granting Rights to Rivers, we also acknowledge their roles in the decision making of this organization, and this is why we are working to include them in our Board of Directors. While the Rivers can't speak with human words, we pledge to listen to their currents and act in the benefit of both human and more than human communities.
